All my hand-crafted writing instruments are covered by a guarantee / warranty, this is for 3 year from date of purchase/registration .
However, I am very proud of my work, so should a fault develop outside this period please let me know and I will be delighted to rectify it
for you at minimal or no cost to yourself.
Guarantee does not cover ink refills or pencil leads which deplete through normal use, however, extra refills and leads can be purchased
from myself or from most good stationary shops.
Defects do not include bark incursions, voids or other naturally occurring effects in woods and other natural materials, I class these as
adding natural beauty and uniqueness to your pen or pencil.
Warranty / Guarantee may become void if after close inspection the writing instrument is found to have become damaged through neglect
instead of normal use. Please refer to my care page for tips on caring and looking after your new instrument.
If you should accidently damage your pen, I will be pleased to carry out a repair at a small cost to you, or give a generous discount
on any new pen I have for sale.
